"Banker and former highway commissioner Frank Scott, Jr. said he is exploring a run to lead the state’s capital city.
“I wanted you to be among the first to know. I am announcing today my exploratory committee for Little Rock mayor,” he said in an email announcement.
“It’s time for visionary leadership in our state’s capital city. It’s time for new and bold plans to solve old problems. It’s time to put purpose to our potential,” Scott added."
